How it Works
Step 1: Confirm you are eligible.
You and/or your spouse must have been a resident of Florida for 6 months. You believe your marriage is irretrievably broken. You and your spouse have reached an agreement on ALL issues. Both you and your spouse are willing to sign all necessary documents for a divorce.

Step 3: Provide payment and complete documents.
Provide payment for our services and information to complete your documents online. After we receive your payment, we will send you an email with questions designed to provide us with all of the necessary information to complete the required documents for your divorce. When the paperwork has been completed, we will send you the final documents to review.
Step 4: Execute and return documents.
Review, sign, and return the divorce documents to N+G Divorce Solutions for an easy divorce process. We specialize in amicable divorce and uncontested divorce cases. After we file the paperwork, we will notify you when the final judgment of divorce is signed by the judge, ensuring a smooth experience in navigating family law.

An uncontested divorce is one where both spouses fully agree on all terms, including property division, parental responsibility, timesharing, child support, and any other issues. Because everything is already resolved between the parties, the process is simpler, faster, and more cost-effective.
One of the benefits of an online uncontested divorce process is that it does not take as long as a contested divorce. In Florida, there is a 20-day waiting period after filing the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage before a divorce can be finalized. Upon receiving your payment and signed engagement agreement for our services, we will send you a questionnaire to fill out and return. Once we have your completed questionnaire, we will prepare your documents and email them for your signature. Once we receive the signed documents, we will file them with the Court. When the 20-day waiting period is over, we will submit your Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage to the Judge for signature to finalize your divorce. Unless there are delays by the Judge, your uncontested divorce should be finalized within 30 after filing the necessary paperwork.
No. In Florida, an attorney can only represent one spouse in a divorce action. The first spouse who retains our services through the website will be our client in the divorce proceeding.
It is not likely that you will need to go to court. We will email you all of the documents you will need to sign for your divorce. Once we receive the signed documents and file them without the Court, we will ask the Judge to sign the Final Judgment to finalize your divorce without the need for you or your spouse to step foot in a courtroom.
In order to have an uncontested divorce, both parties will need to be in agreement on the terms of divorce and willing to sign the paperwork. If you cannot agree on the terms or your spouse refuses to sign the paperwork, we will be unable to finalize your divorce for you. If this happens, you should seek legal advice from an attorney to assist you with a contested divorce. If your documents have not been filed with the court, we will refund the filing fee to you. The attorney’s fee for the drafting of your documents is earned when we email you the documents and is therefore not refundable.
